Advertiser Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 This agreement is made between RentMyParkingSpace.co.uk ("We") and the User ("You").
1.2 By entering into this agreement you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
1.3 You agree to RentMyParkingSpace.co.uk publishing your advert details on our website.
1.4 The user in this agreement is someone who has registered ("become a member") with the aim of advertising details of their parking space with a view to renting it out.
2. Your Responsibilities
2.1 You have the legal right to rent out the parking space
2.2 The description you supply is true and accurate. RentMyParkingSpace.co.uk does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.
2.3 You will pay the full advert fee before the advert will be published.
2.4 You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the advert. RentMyParkingSpace.co.uk cannot be held liable for breach of copyright.
2.5 Only one parking space may appear in each advert.
2.6 You will set your own renting price.
2.7 You will arrange all the details associated with renting out your parking space such as payment, when it's available for parking, and dealing with those who contact you regarding parking in your space.
3. Refunds
3.1 RentMyParkingSpace.co.uk cannot ensure that someone who would like to rent out your parking space will be found, and we don't offer any refund if no one who would like to rent out your parking space is found.
3.2 Due to the nature of the advertising business, we have a firm no refund policy, which applies in any and all circumstances.
4. Our Promise
4.1 We will endeavor to ensure that RentMyParkingSpace.co.uk is available at all times. However, we do reserve the right to undertake essential maintenance and site improvements without prior notice, at which time the site may be taken "off-line".
5. Notification of Changes
5.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to you. If we change these Terms and Conditions, they will be posted on the website and become effective at the time of posting.

2.2 It is your responsibility to verify any information that you may obtain on RentMyParkingSpace.co.uk with the relevant authorities before acting upon it.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 We will not be liable for negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise, for a direct or indirect consequential damage suffered by you as a result of using our website.
4. Copying
4.1 You may print hard copies of any material for your own non-commercial use.
4.2 All other forms of copying are not allowed.
